Mir Neurology Center was established by Dr. Sarim Mir, a board-certified neurologist with more than three decades of experience in neurological care. After graduating from King Edward Medical University in 1987 and completing advanced training in clinical neurophysiology, Dr. Mir built a practice designed to deliver high-level neurology care locally instead of forcing patients to travel long distances for specialized evaluation and treatment. Today, Mir Neurology serves patients from Washington County, Allegany County, and surrounding communities with a growing team of dedicated providers. Our practice combines neurological expertise with a patient-first philosophy that emphasizes listening carefully, explaining clearly, and building treatment plans that fit each person’s real-life needs.
