MYZO Craft Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate company rooted in Costa Rican cacao, crafted in Ukraine, and blossoming in Miami. We make small-batch chocolate from directly sourced cacao beans grown by a family farm in Costa Rica’s lush Matina region, between the Talamanca mountains and the Caribbean coast. Our chocolate is made with simple, natural ingredients — no palm oil, no soy lecithin, and no artificial additives. Each bar highlights the bright, fruity character of fine cacao varieties traditionally grown in Latin America.
