Led by former Division-I strength coach Dan Bessetti, TAT focuses on proper sprint mechanics, agility, strength, power, and movement fundamentals that improve performance and reduce injury. Training is structured, progressive, and rooted in long-term athletic development, giving athletes the skills and confidence they need to compete at their best.
